Hapik

We went to celebrate my son's 6th birthday on a Saturday afternoon. We book a service online for 130€ for 8 children, indicating that we will be installed in a room. The service includes 30 minutes of briefing, 1 hour of climbing and 30 minutes of cake. When we arrived we waited at least 10 minutes before being greeted by the staff. The young woman told me that the room is not yet ready, I have to leave all our things at the hapik entrance on a table for everyone's life. So you have to leave the bags and gifts.... Unsupervised right next to the front door. The children are thirsty but without a room we can't give them a drink, luckily I brought a water bottle! The children are equipped, it's 3 p.m. climbing time begins and our things are still alone on a table. After several requests we finally get a room at 3:45 p.m. to put our belongings, 15 minutes before the end of the climbing hour. 4 p.m. the children are unequipped but they are a pressing desire. There are no toilets so here we are going to the toilets outside the site with 7 children. We lose 15 minutes. We will blow out the candles, eat the cake and candy and finally drink. (This part of the performance was good). At 4:25 p.m., the staff told us in 5 minutes we had to leave the room to make way for the other birthday parties. It's a bit short of a deadline! For the price, the birthday service is not up to par. On the other hand, the climbing hour went very well with happy children.

The place is nice and fun for children. Sometimes the groups (registration for the year) are too numerous, therefore the duration of the climbing is not sufficient. They offer a snack for the children, usually low-cost industrial cakes. The cleanliness of the climbing walls is not up to par, the children climb with their outdoor shoes. Finally, the management team is at the top regarding reception. Too expensive all year round.
